Chelsea Plantation is a 5,200 acre shooting plantation
between Beaufort, SC and Hilton Head, SC. Marshall Field V engaged our company
to sell two undivided interests in the property, while retaining a majority
interest. Difficult as it may seem, we were successful in placing two
partnership interests to Nelson Doubleday and Bradford Mills; later our company
was engaged by Bradford Mills to sell his interest which was done successfully.
